I Hate Jogging

Last night, I ran a mile and a half on the treadmill.  I was sweating profusely and just wanted to go home.  Still, I did my oblique exercises that Leo taught me and my incline sit-ups.  Also managed a few sets of bench presses and some lateral pull-downs.  Drove home and did a little more ab work with the yoga ball.   

Today, my legs feel like jelly, my body is a little sore, and I don’t mind a two hour nap (too bad I have work).  All this… in my quest to be leaner and meaner! ;-D
